LJUPCO MESKOV was elected Minister of labour and social policy on 26th August 2006. He graduated from the Faculty of Law at the University of Skopje . From 1984-2003 he worked as an adviser to the General Manager of the Pension Insurance Fund (PIOM) and from 2000-2002 was General Manager of PIOM.

Graduated at the Faculty of Law (University St. Kiril and Metodij) in Skopje.
His professional career is in the Pension’s Fund of Macedonia, where he started working in 1973. He performed several executive and counseling functions, while he was appointed General Manager of the Fund during 2000-2002. He also was Member of Parliament from LP in two mandates (1994-1998 and 2002-2006). Meshkov was also member of the Presidency of the Sports Club Vardar (1993-1994). Speaks English. Married, father of two children.
